We found a house for sale that we really liked here in Grand Junction, the floor plan was designed by Apex Design & Drafting. We loved the layout of the home but were not ready to buy at the time. We wanted to build that same floor plan however we needed to modify it to fit the building envelope of our lot, as well as make a couple minor modifications to fit our own lifestyle and design preferences. We signed a Contract with Apex to purchase the floor plan which included up to 6 hours of modification/re-design time. We had a meeting in person with Brint, who came up with the best solution on how to minimize the width of floor plan to fit on the lot, without taking away from the things we love about the floor plan. Brint was also very open to our desired changes and gave some guidance on the best ways to make those changes. We received a full set of digital plans which included; Elevations, Floor plan, Site Plan, Roof Plan, and Foundation Plan. Apex was very quick to reply to e-mails and answer our questions.
